Save room for our famous, warm apple dumplings! The view is pretty great too as you look out onto the 1859 Balloon Voyage. Watch as guests fly 350 above the prairie in a helium-filled, tethered balloon.

Open April-October during regular operating hours.
Full menu: 11 am-2 pm
Snacks and drinks: 2-5:15 pm
During regular operating hours November-March, the Cafe is closed, but limited food options are available in the Welcome Center.
